The intention is to introduce you to the insights I've gleaned from profound thinkers, revered gurus, and dedicated scientists, and to accompany you on a transformative journey. These are individuals who teetered on the abyss of despair, experienced homelessness and anguish, yet managed to attain the inner peace and serenity that you and I both yearn for.

In the year 2001, my journey into this new way of thinking commenced. At first, the concepts eluded me, bewildering me with their novelty. The catalyst was “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle—an encounter that left me staggered. It took ten installments of Oprah Winfrey’s YouTube interviews with Tolle to truly grasp the essence of the book.
